Phase 3: Partner activation — onboard businesses/communities
Phase 4: Metrics → PMF — dashboards, retention & conversion proof

The Capital Staircase

This is a designed multi-round capital plan.

Round 1: $500k (Pre-Seed C) = Proof Round

We’re raising $500k to:

  • finish beta testing & quality

  • scale partner onboarding

  • prove engagement + conversion

  • validate repeatable acquisition & retention loops


This round answers the underwriting questions.

Round 2: $3M+ (Series A) = Scale Round

Once the engine is proven:

  • scale distribution and partnerships

  • expand corporate wellness

  • deepen product monetization

  • national growth

We’re not raising $500k to survive — we’re raising $500k to de-risk and prove the machine — so the $3M becomes a growth round, not a belief round.

Financial Snapshot

Burn is currently ~$25k/month.

Use of funds for the $500k:

  • 60% product / AI / QA

  • 20% marketing + partnerships

  • 20% operations + team expansion

This capital extends runway and accelerates us directly into PMF + Series A readiness.
